David Elstein, Owner and CEO   

David Elstein is the founder and CEO of NOAM Wealth Management.
David specializes in strategic financial planning and implementation for wealthy families and senior executives. He has worked in personal and family capital management for more than 20 years.

David has extensive experience in management positions, business development, and marketing for some of the leading financial institutions and insurance companies in Israel. He is trained in methods of financial planning for the future, American remuneration methods, and tax laws in Israel and abroad. David holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from Heriot-Watt University. He is also a Certified Financial Planner and a member of the Global Financial Planners Network.

Orna has over 15 years of experience as an analyst in leading companies. In her most recent role, she served as a business information analyst in the distribution channels division of Pelephone.

Orna holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences with an emphasis on Economics. Analyst at Noam since 2013.

Efrat began her career in the insurance field, specializing in pension insurance. She has held key managerial and professional positions in a number of leading insurance agencies in the industry.

Since 2011, she has been head of operations at Noam.
Efrat holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Center for Academic Studies.

Ilay has been in the financial and investments field for over 5 years, specializing in business development and marketing. Prior to 'Noam Wealth Management', he served as an agent supervisor at 'Yelin Lapidot Investment House' (2017-2021). Ilay holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from IDC Herzliya.
